JK-type series sound barrier products
(metal-type sound barrier series) are the sound barriers
manly composed of metal-structured sound insulation and
absorption plates. The main structure of the product is
that the front side is metal (mainly aluminum plate and
galvanized plate) perforated plate (including micro-pore,
punching, and screen-type) as the facing, the internal
stuffing is the centrifugal composite glass fiber cotton
wrapped by alkali-free water-repellent glass fiber or
waterproof sound absorption film; and the sound insulation
plate at the back(mainly aluminum plate and galvanized
plate) is constructed with metal plates;
Main types: 1. all-metal sound insulation and absorption
plate, vertical type; 2, all-metal sound insulation and
absorption plate, combination of vertical and arc types;
3. combination type of metal sound barrier plate and transparent
sound insulation plate etc;
Main advantages: 1, The products may be designed in various
types and different specifications; 2, High strength with
no breakage; 3, Light weight (weight: 15-30㎏/㎡), which
requires no high strength of the foundation of sound barrier
and column; 4, Ideal landscape effect, the product may
be designed in different shapes as per requests of buyers;
5, The efficiency for sound insulation and absorption
is superb with noise reduction coefficient ≥ 0.95 NRC;
or sound insulation capacity Rw ≥ 30dB (A) to meet the
requirements at various noise-sensitive points;
