|
HA type sound insulation and absorption
barrier is the sound barrier mainly composed of HA anti-weathering
sound insulation and absorption plate (brick). HA type
anti-weathering sound insulation and absorption plate
(brick) is a kind of new type sound absorption material
jointly researched and developed by our company and China
Aviation Industry Planning and Design Institute. The product
has been awarded national invention patent, approved as
state level new product and new and high-tech product
certificate by Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Science and
Technology.
Main advantages: 1, Selection of novel and high quality
materials, which is composed of inorganic materials and
can suit for all kinds of weather conditions; 2, High
strength with compressive strength ≥ 5MPa; 3, No secondary
pollution and may be cleaned; 4, Low construction cost.
At present, our company has two types of HA anti-weathering
sound insulation and absorption plate (brick) including
HA-I type and HA-II type; HA-II anti-weathering sound
insulation and absorption plate (brick) was developed
based on HA-I anti-weathering sound insulation and absorption
plate (brick). The biggest advantage of the HA-II anti-weathering
sound insulation and absorption plate (brick) is that
the weight is reduced (self-weight of HA-I anti-weathering
sound insulation and absorption plate (brick) is 1.6-2
ton /m3; self-weight of HA-II anti-weathering sound insulation
and absorption plate (brick) is 0.8-1 ton/m3). According
to the different shapes, HA anti-weathering sound insulation
and absorption plate (brick) includes flat plate type,
corrugation plate type and band plate type etc.
Currently the products are being widely used in the sound
barrier projects of various kinds of roads. |
