BLG-type sound insulation and absorption
barrier series are the new type products independently
researched and developed by our company after we found
many disadvantages of the similar products in the market.
The product was officially put on the market in 2005.
Now the product has been awarded two patents for utility
model and appearance design by the State Patent Office,
and in July 2006, the product passed the Jiangsu Provincial
Assessment Test and was awarded the new and high-tech
certificate by Jiangsu Provincial Administration of Science
and Technology.
BLG-II type sound insulation and absorption barrier is
the sound barrier mainly composed of BLG-II type sound
insulation and absorption vertical plates, which is the
extension of BLG-I type. The structure of the product
is that the front side is constructed with FRP extrusion
sheet perforated plate as the facing, the internal stuffing
is the centrifugal composite glass fiber cotton wrapped
by alkali-free water-repellent glass fiber or waterproof
sound absorption film; and the sound insulation plate
at the back is made of extrusion FRP sheet; the unique
feature of the product is its specially designed structure,
which enables the product be produced by non-metal materials;
FRP made face plate and back plate will not be subject
to aging or rusting when exposed to the environment.
Main advantages: 1, Selection of high quality materials,
novel structure and no metal materials are used for the
whole product which avoid any aging or rusting problems
when the product is exposed to the environment; 2, High
strength, bending strength ≥5.29KN/m2 and no deformation;
3, Light weight (weight ≤ 16kg/m2), which requires no high
strength of the foundation of sound barrier and column
and bring convenience to site installation; 4, Ideal landscape
effect, different shapes of the products may be designed
as per buyer's requests to be in harmony with the environment;
5, The efficiency for sound insulation and absorption
is superb with noise reduction coefficient NRC ≥ 0.8;
or sound insulation capacity Rw ≥ 30dB (A) to meet the
requirements at various noise-sensitive points; 6, Easy
maintenance, no color changing, easy washing and easy
replacement after being damaged. 7, The product is also
provided with functions for guard against theft and making
the breakage or damage difficult etc;
The products may be widely used in the sound barrier projects
of various kinds of roads;
The products with sizes of 300 mm (H) * 80 mm (thick)
* L (length) are available with the length to be customized
