GSC series soundproof window is a kind
of high-performance sound insulation equipment developed
jointly by our company and China Aviation Industry Planning
Design Institute, which is produced and fabricated in
accordance with GBJ87-85 "Design standard for the
noise control of industrial enterprises" .
The GSC series soundproof windows include soundproof lighting
window, soundproof sight window, folding plate ventilated
silencing window and open type soundproof window etc;
if the user requires any other special types, our company
can provide separate design and fabrication;
The soundproof window is composed of double-layer or three-layer
glasses and window frame with different thickness of the
glasses, which can effectively control the "coincidence
effect" and bring the formation of sound insulation
bottom; furthermore, the window frame is stuffed with
sound-absorbing materials to effectively absorb the sound
waves through the transparent glass, thus effectively
insulate the noises of various frequencies. The glass
to be used may be sheet glass, organic glass, toughened
glass and safety glass for automobile.
GSC-ZBX type folded plate ventilated soundproof window
is specially designed for certain plant room which requires
air intake. The product is applied with technologies of
both sound absorption and silencing; while the ventilation
area shall be separately designed based on the air intake
amount of the equipment. The product is applicable for
air inlet, silencing and cooling at air blower houses,
new air blowers and air compressor stations etc.
GSC-CW-1 type soundproof sight window is specially designed
for central control room, which requires a higher degree
of sound insulation and light transmission and is composed
of double-layer or three-layer glasses and window frame.
Featuring high sound insulation (30-50dBA) and good light
transmission (≥ 85%), the product is suitable for sound
insulation in the studio room of TV or radio stations,
control room of test-run room of engine and test-run room;
GSC-KQT open-type ventilation lighting soundproof window
and GSC-FSB type enclosed ventilation lighting soundproof
window are specially designed for places with requirements
for both ventilation and lighting. With the combination
of both lighting soundproof window and ventilation silencing
window, the product features better ventilation and adequate
lighting. GSC-TC1509 type special sight window is specially
designed for the sound insulation in the test-run consol
of aviation engine and test-run hall. Because of the high
noise in the test-run hall of aviation engine, the requirement
for the sound insulation is very high, which is up to
60dBA. |
