| SILENCING
FOR INLET AND VENT PIPE OF AERO-ENGINE TEST-RUN PLATFORM |
|
|
|
|
The aero-engine will generate extremely
high broadband noises during the test run period with
the total noise inside the test run room reaching above
140dBA. The sound pressure of each octave band is between
120-140dBA. The high-speed noise will access to vent passage
through the test-run table and then radiate to the outside
to bring serious noise pollution to the plant area and
urban environment. So the silencing design for middle
inlet and vent passage for the noise control of aero-engine
test-run platform is essential.
As required by environmental protection, the design requires
that the radiated noise at the test-run platform and 1
meter from the entrance of the exhaust tower shall be
less than 100 and 105dBA respectively; the noise at the
distant area 150m from the test-run platform shall be
less than 70dBA. |
