EXTRUSION SECTION MATERIAL |

FRP extrusion section material is produced by
continuously soaking the glass fiber into the
unsaturated polyester resin (epoxy resin or phenolic
resin etc) and then moulding through heating and
extrusion by special equipment. The FRP section
material features high strength and rigidity with
its vertical bending strength and impact strength
far exceeds those of common steel materials. FRP
made products have excellent performance with
regard to anti-corrosion, high temperature resistance
and insulation. The product has long service life
in environment with mediums of acid and alkali.
Due to its advantages, the products have been
widely used for industrial and civil applications
and have been favored by more and more people.
The FRP section materials often used included
round tube, bar, square tube, square bar, I beam,
channel, H-beam, angle steel, batten, flat steel,
rectangular tube, plate, U-shaped steel, Y-frame,
T profile and tank cover.
If the FRP extrusion section materials including
I-beam, channel steel, H-beam and angle steel
are used in combination with BLG type sound insulation
and absorption plate to construct the sound insulation
and absorption barrier, then whole FRP sound insulation
and absorption barrier can be produced in real
sense, which can offer the solutions to many problems
encountered in the construction of road sound
barriers currently.
Section materials of different sizes and colors
(inside color) may be produced as per requirements
of the customers.
